These Terms & Conditions govern your use of westnordsportivaactiveco.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by West Nord Retail Group LLC, 4711 34th St. N. Suite F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment method you use belongs to you or is used with the account holder’s permission.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are stated in United States dollars and apply to the single item described on the product page. The price shown on a product page is the price charged at checkout. We do not display a comparison or reference price, and we do not apply automatic discounts. Prices may change over time, but the price in effect when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is added to the totals above.
3. Billing descriptor
Charges will appear on your card statement as WESTNORDSPORTIVA.
If you do not recognise a charge on your statement, please contact us at (727) 555-0142 or support@westnordsportivaactiveco.com before disputing it with your bank. We can identify the order and resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All orders are straight, one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-enrollment, or recurring billing of any kind. Your card is charged once, at the time you place the order, for the total shown on the checkout page. There is no membership, no trial, no auto-renewal, and no stored future billing.
By checking the agreement box at checkout you authorize West Nord Retail Group LLC to charge your card the single total displayed at that moment, including any applicable sales tax.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders. Orders are dispatched within one business day and travel by USPS Priority Mail, which generally delivers in two to five business days. Full detail is on the Shipping page.
6. Returns & refunds
Unused items in original condition with tags and packaging intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The complete procedure, including which items cannot be returned, is on the Returns & Refunds page.
7. Product descriptions
We describe each item as accurately as we can, including materials, fabric weight, dimensions, and load capacities. Stated capacities are manufacturer figures and assume correct assembly and use. Screen colors vary between displays, and minor color variation is not a defect, though it is covered by the standard return window if you are not satisfied.
8. Safe use of equipment
Train within your own limits. Check that equipment is assembled, secured, and rated for the load before use, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new training program.
Stated load capacities, weights, and adjustment ranges are manufacturer figures that assume correct assembly and use on a suitable surface. Follow the instructions supplied with each item and do not exceed a stated capacity.
9. Privacy
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of West Nord Retail Group LLC in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
